    What Valerie came to me with

    Real‑world leadership and finance credentials, an active 1:1 coaching business, and a strong point of view about authenticity and fun.

    Valerie brought a deep corporate and finance leadership background from EY, Under Armour, Apple, and Eventbrite, plus years of leading teams and people‑development work in high‑stakes environments. She had an active one‑to‑one coaching practice that she loved. She valued care, connection, clarity, and fun, and had a strong, lived commitment to authenticity and helping people live life “to the fullest.” That philosophy just wasn’t codified in her brand language yet.

    She needed coherent positioning and language that matched the caliber of her experience, a clear narrative that explained her unique approach, and what she stood for as a coach. She was ready for a website that reflected her work so she turned to me for structure, story, and strategic brand design to translate her depth into a visible, online presence.

Starting from her finance career and the pain of being “good at a job she didn’t love,” I helped her articulate the turning point of working with a coach — uncovering what she really cared about, and realizing that authenticity and fun were non‑negotiable drivers of a fulfilling life.

    We named authenticity as what she stands for, clarified how care, connection, clarity, and fun hang together, and translated that into language she could use in talks, on her website, and in client conversations. We then extended that into messaging, framing her as a professional facilitator and coach, shaping the way she describes her one‑to‑one coaching and play‑based team work. We created simple, client‑friendly descriptions of her process and offers for her site and marketing materials.
